BLE communication of 1st part hardware component of Android APP We are looking for a developer that can build the BLE (Bluetooth) component of our app. We have a hardware device (1st party) that requires communication of BLE within our app. The requirements (not limited to) follow: - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in foreground - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in background - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in background when in a certain proximity (location) - Configuring device (sending a few flags to Hardware Device) - Update Hardware Device DFU (firmware). This requires getting DFU from our server and sending it to the Hardware Device. - Supporting multiple Firmware versions for syncing data, configuring device or uploading DFU - Deleting Hardware Device from our server and sending configuration to Hardware Device afterwards - support connecting to multiple devices - Observable RSSI for other parts of app - Access to Hardware Device Serial number to other parts of app - Access to connected devices to other parts of app We'd send you a test unit of our device to complete these tasks. but this does limit our development to only developers in the USA. Hourly: $25 USD / Hour Milestones Milestone 1 - BLE initial communication with device - Creating a device profile - Serial Number - Fill serial number - Battery level - Firmware version - data available flag / measurements available flag - Received last data flag - Is registered flag - BLE interface version - Establish a bluetooth session Milestone 2 - Configure a device - UI will be provided - Send configuration to DB - send a flag to device indicating the device is configured - Extendable function calls to check if device is configured in any part of app - Support connecting to multiple devices Milestone 3 - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in foreground - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in background - Syncing Data from Hardware Device and sending it to database while app is in background when in a certain proximity (location) Milestone 4 - Check device firmware version to servers latest firmware available - Update device firmware (DFU upload) - Download DFU from server - Send DFU to device Milestone 5 - Supporting multiple Firmware versions for syncing data, configuring device or uploading DFU - Observable RSSI for other parts of app - If RSSI changes, we’ll need to change certain parts of the according to RSSI number.

Hi, I am currently working on BLE state of the art components from TI and Nordic for implant medical device communication. I have a good idea of your work though it is a demanding task. However the milestones set are good and we can discuss more so can share you my experience with BLE and mobile app. Do you want bidirectional communication both modules set master/slave peripherals?
