Augmented Relaity Expert Needed

We have an ongoing Android apps project where we are trying to integrate custom face filters, face tracker or reader, Hand tracker or reader, Hand filters, Card tracker or reader. To be explaining a little bit more on that - this is the same exact functionality that the FB has. When you do a video chat in FB messenger then you can animate your face to like a dragon. You can scan your hand and can have some fire on your hands into the messenger app which your friend who chatting with you can see on his/her mobile phone. Those things needed to build custom. We need to build that functionality on Android and iOS apps. If you know how to do that then only you can apply here. If you think you need to do lot of research on this thing then please do not apply here. Do not waste your and our time please. Apply when you are confident to do that OR you did that before and you have that code saved in your drive. A little bit RnD is absolutely OK but if you think you need to do a lot of RnD then please do not apply here. We want a better pricing from you to build this functionality. Thank you.
