Assistance with Apple App Submission to Apple App Store

We have the App ready to [login to view URL] have submitted twice and been declined due to screenshots and minimum functionality. Our App is super simple and plays an important piece in our future products.

We need someone to help us push this app live to app store. Suggesting how we overcome the 2 points that declined us. You will be expected to produce the screenshots or ask us what you require in-order to complete. You will also need to suggest/ recommend what we can change in the app to insure we can publish and post to the app store to avoid rejection.
