Adobe Animate Mobile Game Engine

I am looking for an adobe animate source file with a endless race car type game. The graphics are not important, I will be doing them later. I want the game to use the accelerometer to steer and accelerate. It should also have: -start page -a meter that refills every 24hrs and locks you out when its empty. one crash should use 1/4 of the meter - collisions points around the entire car -track boundaries that reset the car if crossed -objects moving horizontally across the track that would end the game if touched. -an upgrade page with different car options -the game never ends it is continuous.
