Add Wifi Connect feature to my QR Scanning Android App

I have developed an Android QR Scanner App using "zxing". It Scans all sorts of codes QR & Barcodes but, doesn't have the "Connect Wifi" feature in it. I would like you to Add that feature & a "Menu" as well with *Rate Button *Share App Button *Privacy Policy & *Exit Button .
