iPhone Racing Game with cool Characters

I need a game developed for the iPhone. This is a racing game on a straight track with lanes top view only. I'm looking either for a great programmer that can handle the animations and character development or I can hire programmer and graphic designer separately. I'M STRESSING THIS UPFRONT. I'D LIKE THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DONE IN 7 DAYS FROM START TO FINISH AND 1 WEEK FOR TESTING,WRAP UP AND DEPLOY.
