We require an android application that can act as a wifi mouse and keyboard, controlling a Windows PC found on the same local wifi network. The application must also be able to load certain programs installed on the local Windows 7 PC as well as be able to put the local PC to SLEEP and also to WAKE. Added bonus if we can stream the PC desktop to the Android device via the application. We will require a PC counterpart program to be installed on the target PC to communicate with the android app, just like VNC. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE REVIEW

Hi, The only part of your spec that I don't think is easy/possible to implement is waking PC from sleep mode. (by PC I'm assuming Windows machine) Initial milestone (30% as in bid conditions) is advance payment- created and released on start of project. If you have some questions please feel free to ask. Hi! I am working as C# developer, but at home I am doing some program. Nowadays I made a program, that can control a VLC player overt TCP. And made a C# program that is similar than logmein (only printscreen per 2 second and key send). Your claim is similar then this. The main advantages for my idea is this method is platform-independent. So works on Android,iPhone, iPad, other Tablet etc. Only need a web browser on the device. Question: what frame rate is ok? I already worked on this field , I can give you a sample apk and exe for key test but honestly I didn't test screen streaming however I think it just needs more work and time and technically takes more bandwidth and process and off course will raise the the bid amount .
