CakePHP sql and HTML expert needed to complete five tasks within the next four hours -- 2

I need to make a few edits to an existing questionnaire The questionnaire has a back end admin portal. There are a few things I'd like to change on the questionnaire itself and a few functions that I'd like to change as well in the back end

So first I will talk about the things that I would like to change visually

1 whenever I add a logo in the admin the logo appears to block some words below in the mobile view I would like to fix that so that whenever any logo gets upload it to the backend it doesn't interfere with the words below.

2 in the slide for the question "estimated case value based on your questions" I would like for it to auto skip to the next page once the green bar has climb to where it stops. I believe that some people might not see the button below it so I would like it to auto skip a few seconds after the money stops climbing.

3. In the back end admin there's a section called address where I can add the redirect website once the questionnaire has been completed for some reason it's not working properly as a redirect.

4. In the back end there is a section called mail receiver and all mail in the mail receiver section I can add as many mail receivers as I'd like however only the one that's active actually receives the mail I would like it to function where if I had two or three emails listed that two or three will receive instead of only one as it is currently.

5. I would like a COPY of the site to be placed on a different domain once completed. So that I can enter a different logo and a different redirect and so that it can function on its own individually as a lead capture

That should be it ? Please let me know if you have the experience and the time to complete today within the next four hours my budget for this work is $40 I would imagine that an expert can get this completed in no time thank you very much
