We can use MS Access as backend or SQL Server Express as backend. Let me know your preference. 2)I want to create a 5 or 6 users in Access . =>Ok, We can create a table to create Users. Change password either by getting message on email OR passwords set/reset by admins in case of new user or forgot password. And user can change their own password in case they recall previous password etc. We can have several users added to the database, not a issue. Are you going to use this database application from various PCs in the local network ? 3)Each users be able to enter the data and print the weekly or daily report and be able to see the analysis or progress of our work. =>Ok, Did you have the database designed, tables for data entry ? if not, let me know. Also what reports you want to generate ? output fields on the report. I assume you want to print them on A4 size paper with 1inch margin each side. Please confirm. 4)Also can add like alarm to remind the user to see the progress of the work and do not make any delay =>Ok, To run reminders in Microsoft Access, the user needs to be logged-in and keep running the program. Hi there, I already have worked on similar projects to create users and assign them rights to what they can do and can't do. Also can create a alarm system to notify the user on a specific date and time. I also can create data entry forms and printable reports including exporting reports to PDF and email automatically. Greetings My name is Petar and i am database developer for over six years now. I often use MS Access as a developing platform and i must admit that in most of the cases it will do the job. From what i have read in the project description you already own a database and only minor changes are needed to be compleated in order to make the database more prosuctive. Before saying anything else i would like to check the database, to check how it is setted up and come back with a possible solutions.
