Importing data from SAP BO to MS Access

In my company we are using sap business object to extract report that end up in excel as a db and update many pivost. That's time consuming and we were thinking about exporting the report from bo in txt and importing that in ms access and build querys/tables (similar to the existing pivot) but easily refreshed. Better job would be to have ms access directly connected to source and avoid the run of the bo report. I need someone for the migration of data and build the query needed based on the actual excel pivot/information

What about using MS Power BI tool instead of SAP BI/BO to extract the data from SAP and build dashboards as you require. We can connect if this is suitable.
