Purchasing manager expert in mechanical field - Freelancers from ROMANIA, HUNGARY OR BULGARIA ONLY

We are looking for an agent, possibly a mechanical expert, able to source the right suppliers for mechanical parts of a microphone. The suppliers to be identified should be located in Eastern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Bulgheria). Drawings and parts details will be provided by us, the scope of the job is to: find , contact and retrieve quotes on behalf of the company. It should be identified the right and most reliable supplier for every single component in the bill of material. The total amount of parts to be manufactured are 10 and are all components made of iron, aluminium, zamak. All the details will be sent privately if the candidate is considered skilled in the field. The candidate should act as a purchasing manager for the company, identifying contacting and retrieving quotes from the selected suppliers. He/she should be independent in the job and provide as a result a list including details of the identified suppliers for each component with costs for: prototype realization and mass production of 100, 200, 500 pieces along with lead time information and all the relevant notes. Enclosed is an example of one component to be manufactured, the remaining 9 are similar.
