Hi, my name is Kemal Achikghoz (Açıkgöz). I am a phd student and research assistant in mechanical engineering department METU (MIT of Turkey), Ankara-Turkey. From the project definition I deduced that you require a civil engineer for standardization and applicability of your design in Turkey.
