Solve a linear programming model

I would like someone to produce a theoretical and excel model solution to a linear programming problem. I have a detailed description of the problem with an example showing that an optimal solution exists. Essentially, it's a farming model where a farmer needs to distributed space for two phases of plant growth. Each phase is a different length, and plants require different amounts of space for each of the two stages of growth. Given the length of each phase and the amount of space the plants require, the problem asks how to minimize the amount of space required in order to obtain a fixed yields each year. I will share a more detailed description of the problem and example with the selected freelancer.
