I Need to create a menu for a sushi business (just text, NO design)

HI Sushi Go needs help!!!!! I need to create a sushi menu with description of each sushi roll. The rolls can be based on existing ones with some changes and with a creative name. I need 10 rolls that are easy to prepare and well known by the customers. Other 10 rolls that are more complex (you can be as creative as possible) 5 rolls that are desserts (fruit rolls, cookie rolls and more) 5 options of ramen 5 appetizers (you can be as creative as possible) Each roll should have: Creative name Brief description that will go on the menu Ingredients with quantities (for us) How to prepare them (step by step) And 3 options of sauces that fit the roll taste (example: teriyaki, BBQ, buffalo, etc.) This will be the competence so you can see what I’m looking for: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If you are interested in the job please describe me your experience with sushi and add an example of 1 roll that you will add to the menu with the format that I gave you (creative name,brief description,ingredients, how to prepare and sauces).
