(Actively Interviewing and Evaluating submitted bids in the order that they came in) (Each proposal will be evaluated for attention to instructions, experience, compensation requested, etc before interview) Looking to hire by April 14th at the latest I'm looking for a personal assistant to help me in my day to day life, with tasks such as : Researching professional service providers (example: finding a good barber) Scheduling professional services (example: setup barber appointment) Shopping research (example: where to find and buy a specific hair cream the barber recommended) General internet research (example: list ideas on the best haircuts to try next time) This job will require the signing of an NDA ps. These are just examples. Please don't tailor your responses with information about barbers! :) Pre-Interview Questions: What is your general turnaround time for a task? I know this varies per task, but I'm asking for a general ballpark figure Can you provide any examples of work you've done that would be relevant? This is likely to be a long term arrangement. Would do you have any preferences or concerns i should know about? I may request your services about information/tasks outside the US(example: arranging taxi service from an Airport). Do you have any concerns/questions? What would your availability(day/time) be for tasks? (please don't say "anytime", unless you're ok with being woken up in the dead of night for a task, like 4am! This can happen easily if I'm traveling and are in a different timezone) ps. What is your general turnaround time for a task? A: It really depends on the business's online presence. If they are good with their online presence It'll take less time. Can you provide any examples of work you've done that would be relevant? A: I have worked with different business persons to book their restaurants, search for cheap flights, call banks/prisons/govt—departments, etc. I did search, coordination and scheduling. I may request your services about information/tasks outside the US(example: arranging taxi service from an Airport). Do you have any concerns/questions? A: I can search for it via the internet to get all of the information. Do I need to keep a log of everything I did? What would your availability(day/time) be for tasks? A: I am available for Mon-Fri 8 hours a day or I can be flexible depending on different tasks like if you need help at 4am. I can be online at 4 am too. It really depends on your tasks and your schedule. Q: Have I ever worked on these tasks before? A: Yes, I have worked on these tasks for a person and a business. I'll need some tools like VOIP mainly for performing these tasks.

1. There is no general ballpark figure. Turnaround time for any task always depends on a several aspects. The only thing I guarantee is that I am never late. 2. The examples of VA work are almost never asked for. I could send Excel sheets, itineraries, reports, organizational schemes, my resume, but attachments are not allowed, and there is a word limit. 3. Long-term is always my preference. When it comes to work, I have no concerns. Whatever may be new to me, I am willing to learn, and I learn fast. If you ask me, learning on a daily basis is the most wonderful thing about being a personal life assistant. 4. No, I don't. I used to organize those things even before I started my freelance career. 5. Being a freelancer means working in a different time-zones almost all the time. The answer you do not want me to give is the only acceptable one for me, because I adjust to the circumstances. Of course, it is always better not be woken at 4 am. but if it is a must, I have no issue with it. Sincerely looking forward to your unautomated response.
