Plan to expand the market in Australia. Need someone to help set up an appointment or meeting with the key person in some local companies. Need companies or buyers who want to import Shopping Cart and Plastic Shopping Bags from China. We hope to have a chance work with these companies. Need the freelancers to find at least 10 potential purchasers or import companies in local and set appointment setting with them. We plan to visit them on March 2019. Please list the details of how you finish the project. Local freelancers are preferred.

*Your request* Our understanding of your request is to develop a sales strategy and pipeline for your product entry into the Australian market. Your request states that you require a list of contacts and confirmed appointments for a visit to Australia in March 2019. *Our proposal* We propose the following key tasks to be completed through this engagement; (Stage 1) 1. Strategy, and engagement document to allow you to communicate with retailers, about your product and value proposition. The strategy would be made up of a number of elements: - Product - Price - Quality - Service Your key ability to penetrate the Australian market will not only be your product and price but your ability to service and maintain fleet. 2. Sales strategy document - including Segmentation of the retailers in Australia. The strategy would prioritise retailers based on your value proposition and likelihood of winning the pursuit. This list would be endorsed by you prior to engaging any retailers. Note: At the completion of each stage, payment for work will be made before commencing the next stage. Cost 10 Hours x 50 AUD per hour = $500AUD (Stage 2) 3. Sales pipeline developed and list of contacts for key organisations secured 4. Confirmed calendar appointments for key procurement professionals within organisations. Cost 10 Hours x 50 AUD per hour = $500AUD (Stage 3 (Optional)) 5. Development of maintenance and servicing strategy within Australia - this will allow you to communicate to retailers that you have ability to service their fleet post sale 6. Sourcing of local warehousing - this will allow you to store additional inventory, and spare parts for service operations. Cost Scope to be confirmed with you. *Professional background* An experienced management consultant for a big four consulting firm with a background in retail supply chain and procurement strategy, and sales strategy. *Notes* Note: At the completion of each stage, payment for work will be made before commencing the next stage. *Questions* What would be your desired customer base?
