Magento simple front end customization - repost

I need a magento template designer to finish the work left uncompleted by some freelancer hired 2 weeks ago. 1) fix the header - [login to view URL] (that gray bar at the top is the problem. See original template here >> [login to view URL] - 2) Remove the ADD TO COMPARE ( Aggiungi al Confronto ) link from the product page [login to view URL] 3) Remove the Magento links at the bottom of the pages >> "Aiutaci a mantenere in forma Magento - Segnala tutti i bugs (vers. 1.7.0.2)" from both MODERN and DEFAULT templates. 4) Restore the "Shopping Options" and "My Cart" like in [login to view URL] on the sidebar 5) change slideshow images (using book covers from our store) and slides duration time ---------------- We welcome suggestions both creative and functional for both design (banners and layout) and magento extensions for features. THe store you will work on is a DEMO store. We will sell these stores to our clients, bookstores. We are talking about 200+ stores we will need to customize for each client. So we are looking to estabilish a long term relationship with a designer that will take care of all the new Magento stores we will sell and install to our clients.
