Assimilator will be a Mac based version of an IOS app called Transformer currently on the App Store. Transformer is a password generator that uses a simplified password such as Wells Fargo Bank and converts that into a complex text string through the use of a private encryption key, and it is this encrypted password that you use to log in to a web-site with.
This concept allows you to create highly complex passwords out of simple easy to remember pass-phrases. These simplified pass-phrases can be stored safely because without the encryption key, they are useless to anyone who sees them or tries to use them in Transformer.
Currently, Transformer allows the user to either enter a saved record containing the simplified password along with its presets, or, enter one manually. The user then enters the encryption key and Transformer creates the encrypted password. If a saved record was used, Transformer opens the sites URL, and loads both the UserID and (encrypted) Password automatically. If manually entered, the user opens the browser from Transformer then cuts and pastes to gain access.
Transformer works fine on IOS (iPhone & iPad), but I desire a Mac based version now because I see doing on-line transactions such as banking, investing, or other complicated matters better suited to a desk-based platform such as a Mac.
I created all the graphics for Transformer and would like to maintain consistency in design. I will be changing the name however from Transformer to Assimilator because the brand associated with Transformers, the movies, is too similar and pulls up in any App Store search results.
The attached screen-shot shows Transformer (for iPad) both Before & After running an encryption from a saved record. Here again, the encryption key is manually entered with all other parameters loaded from the saved record. Note too, that the GUI changes from idle mode to encryption mode.
Ultimately, I would like to replicate this as Assimilator for Windows sometime down the road depending upon how well Assimilator for Mac works out. I also prefer, (but not required), someone in the western region of the western United States because I reside in NorCal and this makes it easier to communicate.
Please provide an estimated in hours from project start to finish. This is merely an estimate and not a firm commitment on your behalf. This will give me an estimated budget requirement for this project
Hello, Greetings.! Can we have a quick call to deep dive in requirements and close the project. it will help us to provide you an exact estimation. Looking forward to your favorable response. Thanks, Abe
