We have an exist logo. We are in the process of building a WPF application, and would like an initial splash image to appear (the logo) prior to the display of the login screen or the application. (see Seesmic for Windows as an example). This project is to create an animation of the existing logo that can serve this purpose. The animation must be built using Microsoft Expression tools, as it will need to be integrated into a WPF project.
The animation is of a logo that is a semi-circle containing grid lines. Inside the semi-circle is light or energy that needs to glow. The grid lines (in red and blue) criss-cross the semi-circle. I would like the inside of the energy area to glow, and the lines to appear out of the edges of the semi-circle one at a time until they make the logo's grid pattern (almost like a generator spinning).
