Hi, I am a VMWare Certified Professional. I just did another upgrade of a VMWare vSphere 4.1 to 5.1. Is it one host? Is it on external or internal storage? How much vm data are we talkin? I need iLo/drac to the server and a working PC with ESXi ISO available and 1-2 hours of downtime. Let me know Thanks Alex

There is a specific technique on esxi installation for update purpose, so you wont loose already installed vms within. I will do the update for you and provide the documentation of how to do this, so you could reproduce it.
