My Plan: Use the Standalone Converter from Vmware . Than we start die convert the VM to Format for Citrix . With commandlet we can rapair a dammage vmdx or maybe the vmx.

I'm experienced system administrator, with 7+ years background. It's complicated task but both Microsoft and Citrix have solutions to migrate hardware server to virtual machine, but i don't heard about "smooth one-click migration", need to experiment.
