PHPList Mail send speed increase from 10K mails/hour to 50K mails/hour

We have around 10000 subscribers in one list when we are trying to send a campaign its sending around 10K messages/hour but we want to increase speed to around 50K messages/hour. Previously it was around 20K messages/hour when we updated phplist version to 3.4.1 it reduced speed. Previous Version 2..4. We are looking for someone who can increase the speed and let us know what exactly the problem is. We have dedicated server for mails with 32gb ram and 6 CPU with linux and phplist version 3.4.1 with this setup phplist can send 50K/hour with ease. We did trial and error with configurations([login to view URL]) file but it did not effect the speed. We are looking for someone who can really show some improvement with the mail speed.
