Linux IPtables system admin and PHP developer needed

I have a custom PHP frontend script that is used to add/update IPtables rules.

There appears to be an issue with the script when it adds/updates rules in the IPtables as some rules are removed or replaced.

I also need a function added to query the IPtables rules.

Note: Linux system admin skills and PHP coding skills required.
