Help with OpenWRT and Nodogsplash or other Captive

We are continuing to help the people of Puerto Rico and other disasters. Need help with a page redirect on OpenWRT the page is hosted locally and we just need a captive portal that redirects to the the local web page. There is also some help need with basic firewall rules. We want to only allow traffic from the captive interface to 1 IP address. We have installed Nodogplash but are having some config issues. This project would likely be real easy for someone that know OpenWRT, Nodogsplash IPTables.

Bid is proxy, until details fixed. - Which device are you using ? I can recoommend, according to requirements, as having done firmware for various TP-Links, Chinese OEMs, WD, Xiaomi ... - Clarification of original task/problem, pls. May be, a simpler solution possible.

Hello sir. You requirement is redirection to local host page by iptables, isn't it? Iptable's operation is same on openwrt as same as on linux pc. If you hire me, I will do best efforts to help the people of Puerto Rico and other disasters. Best regards.

Hi Can you provide more description because I don't understand why is openWRT involved if there is only iptables and nodogsplash config problem? I would help right away just need more info. FYI I am LPIC-2 certified linux engineer.
