Looking For Bulk Email (PMTA / Interspire /Oempro or custom)

I am looking for email system admin to provide with a proper our own in-house solution for bulk emailing and ensure deliver-ability 5 clients with seperate IPs 5 installations of PMTA or any other recommended emailing server software 1 main console (may be PMTA console) to manage all 5 clients Recommend front end for clients to manage their lists and newsletter designs. We are looking for around 200,000 emails per day combined all clients Recommend number of IPs, server specifications, hosting provider Some one who has been in this field would know all of this. I am not looking for agencies. Only individual freelancer who has been working for email marketing company. Don't bother applying if you are not a good communicator and don't religiously check your emails every 90 minutes
