Australian Property Information Website

I am looking to make a free property information website in Australia. I would like it to be designed, SEO'd as well as have many articles written for it on the topics such as. Buying property Finance Renovation Building Financial Planning Accounting Town PLanning ETC ETC This is to be relevant to Australia to help Australians. So that the content is easier to build moving forward i would like a user freindly admin in which people can request a profile to add there own articles, by which we can review before submitting live on the site. I would like to build this and many other sites like it, so please put in a bid and make sure you start your reply with "hey there" so i know you have read this request. If you have the ability to do all please quote, but feel free to quote portions of this project as i know ther a specilities for each step of the way. ie web design article writing seo linking posting on other sites/forums etc etc In regards to article i am looking for : self sufficient writer to scribe articles related to Australian proeprty topics that look good to humans, search engines & social media. The articles MUST be in Australian. English. I don't mind if the articles are re-writes (but prefer original), as long as they pass copyscape as being unique. It will be up to the writer to research the subject to write the articles on although a long list of categories to choose from is available. The articles MUST be 300 words minimum & pass copyscape or they will be rejected. This is a long term ongoing part of the project, as long as traffic and database of newsletter subscribers is always on the increase then you can keep writing articles (we can work out a per article fee) However, if I am satisfied with the work it may lead to an immediate bulk project and an ongoing spot as a contributor with higher pay and bonuses for traffic that leads to sales/conversions. I would like to see 2 samples of your work before we proceed preferably about Australain property related topics (especially the residential home and investment market). If I select you, we will start with 3 articles to see how you do. If I am satisfied, we will do an additional amount of probably 150-200 articles to start. In summary, articles must be: 1. Each article must be unique. Proper English w/ minimum 300 words. Must pass copyscape. 2. Articles must be written manually and flow naturally - easy to read. 3. Articles need to have interesting titles, rank for related keywords, possibly be used as linkbait. I don't want: - Writers who use article generation software - Writers who copypasta. - Writers who write fluff articles and give useless advice. - I also don't want scammers. (I want real writers.) - I need quality not speed. - Don't bother to bid unless you are willing to be a long term partner in making this webiste and others i am developing a success, i am a long term relationship maker. The company / person that gets this job will be exposed to large opportunities, my suggestion is be different and offer something different and a well researched and great advice proposal will be the winner.
