Find me some Leads (Comprehensive)

Hi Freelancers, I am looking for a targeted database to email market and then follow with Telemarketing to book appointments for me to meet face-to-face Lead Profile: - Must be a business - Must be Located in Brisbane area - We need full Business Address including Suburb and post code - Businesses need to fall in the 5-25 staff members category - We need the IT person/ Owners First and Last name - We need their personal e-mail address - Landline Phone number I would like a sample of 100 leads to run a test campaign on and the will buy more if the campaign has success. If we have success with the initial 100 leads I will continue to buy leads from you for my on-going campaigns. Hence budget of $750-1500. Just note that for initial batch of leads i am only willing to pay $30 as this will be a test for both of us. Once I decide they are good we can proceed to negotiate. Please provide me with a proposal based on the campaign description, if you give me a generic proposal I will ignore you. I would also like a sample of 10 leads before I pay you any money to see the type/format etc. Thanks for your time
