I know everything has too fit the vendors specs, or it will not get approved, because words can have a lot of different meanings, and having a clear answer is always what you want. I managed one of the top contact center brokers here in Mexico City, because they wanted to move into more business opportunities. My agents, and I would qualify the lead on what exactly they were looking for, ex CRM, ERP, BI, Phone systems, everything you need to run a good contract center. Avg call time was between 200 too 300 second, but if they were looking then we had to qualify the lead with some questions, because they had to fit the criteria our clients for looking for.
