Create a mechanism for [login to view URL] chat to communicate with a local video game for streaming

I want viewers who watch the game on twitch to be able to interact with the game. So, chat commands on [login to view URL] will control the game instead of clicking on assets (because twitch is a video platform and is not clickable). so, twitch chat will replace the chat in the game basically. twitch users can join the game, chat, like or dislike the song, queue as a DJ, and pick their songs as a DJ. Pretty cut and dry.
