site dominate color javascript

I need some javascript to detect the dominate color of the site it is included on and display a div with the background in this color. I can set the output later but the color detection first needs created. This would be similar to [login to view URL] but not for an image - for a site. For exmaple if it was included on this site it would turn out to be blue or something.
