Show Images Same Page Various Sizes

I am using Cre Loaded.
On the product info pages - there is a main product image and under it are thumb nails of other product images.
Presently when you click on the thumb nails, A new browser window opens.
I would like the viewing page to remain the same, and have the new images be shown without a new window.
One problem I have is the popup images are all different sizes, but there is a max height and width of 600px.
I noticed on Ebay, they are able to do it.
On the Cre Loaded program it is on the [url removed, login to view] function.
