MySQL, website and mobile development on hourly basis -- 2

We are looking for someone to do some development and mobile device app development on an hourly [login to view URL] 40 hours per week. We will require your estimate of time for each task/project you are given. * * * * * COMMUNICATION ON OUR TIME ZONE DURING OUR WORKING HOURS * * * * * * * * * * YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE AND INTERPRET SPEC IN ENGLISH * * * * * You must use the Freelancer time tracking system. Our hourly rate is 3.00 US. There is no negotiating of rate. If you send a placeholder bid it will be ignored. If you send a bid over our rate it will be ignored. We don't have time to argue and negotiate rates. There are too many people looking for work and we have work. We have short and long term projects such as: forms with lookup to database while emailing and updating databases, WebRTC related, real estate property search development, scripts, chron, database extract and update. *** No place holder bids please *** What we expect from a freelancer. A cooperative good attitude, able to be working and available on our time zone. We do not want any grumpy half-asleep freelancers that are tired and have poor attitudes or cannot understand direction. What you can expect. Clear direction, prompt payment once work is complete and future work. *** All work must be documented using comments within code*** Please don't waste our time and we will not waste yours. We are a development company not direct client so we too need to be compensated.
