Mapping Using Openstreetmap GIS

Part A: Mapping records: 1. Given a set of records obtained by an API (provided by me ), show there records on map. The records will contain latitude and longitude for each row. See part C if no coordinates found. Initial map zoom set to extent of records. Part B: Finding Records on map (drawing tools similar to [login to view URL]) 1. given a record with latitude and longitude, find other records withing x distance 2. Draw a polyline and find records withing distance d 3. for a selected point, draw a circle and find records within r radius. 4. draw a shape (polyline) and find records inside that shape Part C: Geocoding if a record is retrieved and it does not have coordinates, then find coordinates before mapping. Show records on map as they are being geocoded as well as show a progress bar. Geocoding needs to accomodate possible large number of records. Part D: 3D Buildings Options to view map and records similar to [login to view URL] General Requirements: map to fit page, and be responsive to page size. Common map options: pan, zoom layers, map type Code shall in a separate file Some values would be obtained from query string fast loading full ajax - no postback Server Windows 2012 R2 with IIS Ability to import GIS shp/shx files and view as layers.
