Link and Paste Shortener

I basically want a small Link and Paste Shortener only for my website. It will have a login page, so that only i can login(Other people cannot signUp). When i enter the long link,i can enter the link Title, i can also enter the custom short link(it will check if it is available or not). when i open the short link, a page will open with the Link title and a 5 sec timer, after the 5 sec timer the link will be available. The Paste shortener will be same, the only difference is that after the timer when i click download, it will fetch the paste and show it. (A Paste is basically a combination of text and links). Also, there must be stats of the number of views and number of downloads. You can use dataTables to show the data. The UI must be professional looking, any fancy things are not necessary. It will be a small web application, So i want the application in VueJs and Vuetify. I added an example video of link shortener, you can copy that exactly (you still need to add paste shortener in it) as it was supposed to be the project but there were circumstances so i cannot use it. The project in the video below was made in VueJS and Vuetify, if you know Vue i'd like you to make the project in it.
