Help me build and research elements for Streamlabs OBS | Twitch.tv Stream

Hey freelancers! I'll make this short and sweet: I'm a software developer, mostly web based, but I just had a kid. I'm looking to get back into things with twitch streaming and I would love to hire someone to 1 on 1 grind out a few pieces of software with/for me. - First item: Automatic Scene switching. I'm using a custom RTMP endpoint (nginx) for my camera -> feeding it to my desktop. Sometimes the feed drops and streamlabs doesn't re-initialize the camera's media source. I would love for someone to help me figure out a way to just switch between two scenes (that fixes this issue). Once that first task is completed, we'll dive into some other topics. $50 budget to make a simple scene switcher when the bitrate on my camera is detected to be low or drops.
