need a google sheet script that will provide me a list of emails within a set of documents + I have a google spreadsheet with a list of links to word, PDF documents + I want a script that will open each link, search it for email addresses + save the emails into a google spreadsheet

I can build you a small Windows program in C# which is able to go through the spreadsheet links and find the emails and record them. I understand my budget is out of your initial range, however the project has a bigger scope than you might think. I am from Australia too, so communication between us will be easy.
