Need Outstanding Web Design and UI Work

Need a complete website design for [login to view URL] This is a website where businesses will submit their website layout requirements and designers will compete with each other by submitting their designs. Similar sites to check out would be www. logotournament .com and www. 99designs .com I am looking for a talented designer that can create a great website. If you are familiar with javascript, UI development and working with Visual Studio - (Master Pages, minor .Net code) then you are exactly what I need. But your #1 skill should be designing. Sites that are clean that I like are : www. themeforest .net and www. gowalla .com If you do not have the design skills to pull off an appealing site like the 2 listed above, please do not bid on this project. Generic Bids will be ignored. Notes: - If you are only a designer, that is OK - I still may pick you! - Nothing about the current design has to stay the way it is. If you want a modal login page, a completely different account setting section, Go for it! - Please let me know if you have UI experience in your bid - To keep the price lower, I am willing to have site designed by __ at the bottom of the website forever.
