Need a high-end website designer with creative skills

I need a HIGH-END website designer/graphic artist to create a ecommerce website that will sell website design services, ssl certificates, seo, etc. You will need to create a highly creative impressive homepage design that is fully interactive for the customers. You'll also need to integrate that design into the shopping cart. I have 75% of the graphics already made for the homepage, you'll need to integrate what I already have and finish the creation. I already have most of the concept in mind and will provide all text. You will have full collaboration with me creatively to get the job done to my specs. I need the project done within 1 week, if not sooner. I'm looking to hire a INDIVIDUAL freelancer- not a company, sorry. ALL candidates need to PM me your portfolio with examples of websites you've done and also any graphic work examples and flash work (banners, intros). 1) 3+ yrs experience in CUSTOM website design- NO TEMPLATES will be used for this project. 2) 2+ yrs. experience working with Flash designs, you must have a creative flair with your work for creating a unique intro for the homepage. 3) Javascript and Jquery exp. to create and integrate popup lighboxes, scrollers & unique content displays on the site. 4) Attention to DETAIL! This is so important, I always have to go over everyone's work so much to "clean up" the mistakes- I need someone that can do the job right the first time. 5) 4+ yrs. Graphic design experience - Photoshop, Illustrator. You must be able to create CUSTOM web graphics from scratch- no cookie cutter template junk that's all over the web. 6) Ecommerce experience- Be familiar with how ecommerce retail stores function. 7) 2+ yrs. shopping cart experience- You MUST be able to integrate a custom header/ footer into a PHP shopping cart and also know enough PHP to make custom design changes (example- moving parts of the cart around to make for a better design) 8) 3+ yrs. experience in PHP- working shopping cart knowledge a MUST! (Pinnacle cart and Digishop preferred) 9) Good communication skills and ability to take direction and learn fast! 10) You MUST have a CREATIVE background- I want a website designer that has more than just coding experience, they need to bring my project to the next creative level.
