Recreate/Modify Program that Searches for Cheap Flight Tickets

I have a program written in PhantomJS, CasperJS, and Python. The program starts with a round trip flight between two cities with a set date and tests a list of city combinations on Expedia for a flight to add at the end to reduce the price of the ticket, and compiles a list of the city combinations to add that produce the lowest total price for the round trip flight.
The program used to feed into another website that managed the results, but is now shutdown. The program freezes upon starting presumably because of this. I need someone to modify the program, by reverse engineering and decompiling the code or whichever way you deem necessary to make the program work again without using the website that is now shutdown.
Or, you could make a completely new program based on the old program that might even function more efficiently. Your choice, just get the job done. I don't really care how long it takes (though preferably within 2 months), you can work on it in your spare time. QUALITY is the only thing that matters to me.
