Create JUnit Extension

Java's JUnit has an ability to author custom extensions. We are interested in a Java extension to be authored for flaptastic.com. The docs are on [login to view URL] already. This work has already been done in PHP as well as in Python. We want the same features in the Java version of this plugin which include: - The plugin activates when the required environment variables are detected - It sends results to the ingest API in batches - It implements HTTP timeouts which catch by only writing to stderr and not blocking the test run - That the test skipping feature works - flaptastic has an api which returns which tests should be skipped and it will honor all of the tests that should be skipped at runtime as it does in the python version For reference, here is the python version: [login to view URL] Whereas the python version accepts CLI switches, the Java version only needs to work with environment variables. - Before the junit tests begin, it downloads the list of tests to skip - The plugin will automatically skip tests which are in the skipped tests list provided by the server - If the enviornment variables are passed, the plugin reports tests back to the server - If sufficient environment variables are passed, the client will *try* to send unit test results back to the server in batches of 10. - There's a verbosity level. The end user can choose how much verbosity to see in the stderr/stdout when the tests are running. The finished work should be submitted to a public github repo and also be ready to be registered in gradle and/or maven.
