3. Chat operation to be performed by an elementary feature Artificial Intelligence.
4. Storage and recording of customer chat along with assignment of a Ticket number to the conversation.
5. Acknowledgement of Chat and Ticket number to the customer.
6. Logging of the Chat details and Ticket number at the customer care end. Queuing of the Chat Ticket numbers along with those generated at the customer care end.
7. Provision of shifting from a chat to human interaction (customer care). This is on discretion or dissatisfaction of the customer. Storage of such chats as well.
8. Developing an online community for Chat on <product 1> and <product 2> related issues. Provision of Ticket generation for complaint and queries generated during the chat.
9. A sedentary I Bot with voice recognition for ticket generation of walk in customers. Voice recognition may be limited to few complaint types only.
10. Any other suggestion/service from your end which may improve customer service or reduce human interface or cost
