Update an iPhone app

I have an iPhone app that is up and running in the App Store, but it hasn't been updated since the first launch (2016, iOS 8). I tried to open it recently using Xcode, but it's not running properly, with lots of errors and warnings appears.
So, I need someone to do the following:
- Update the app to a new version (version 1.1) using last version of Xcode.
- Fix errors and warnings without changing any of the functionality of the app
- Assist me with opening the app in my Xcode without problems.
- Ads were implemented in the app through iAd, which no longer works. So I want to implement ads in the app using Google Ads.
- Add "Push Notifications" ability so that I can send messages to users' phones.
- Refresh the app images in the app page on App Store for all new iPhones and iPads, and also add a video.
- Publish the new version on App Store successfully.
Note: cost should be reasonable.
