Dear sir, I am a full-stack developer. I have look at your attached file carefully. I have done some applications with the chat feature. I can get it done for you. If you want to use node js as the back-end you need to pay for hosting service to host your back-end and keep it up and running. I'll use AWS, it won't be too expensive could be 0-20USD depends on the number of users. Could we have a chat for more details? Thank you.
