Develop Video Recording View Controller, iOS/Swift

I need a small sample project created with one view controller with the following requirements:
1) Developed in Swift, using code for the UI (no storyboards/XIB), and not in SwiftUI.
2) The one View Controller sample app will include a full screen preview layer for the camera feed. It will include one button to toggle from the front/back camera. Another button will start/stop the recording.
3) The start button will begin the video recording at the highest Frames Per Second (FPS) available for the selected camera (front/back). The goal is to record a slow motion video at the slowest possible rate for the camera.
4) A label will be included on top of the camera preview layer with the current FPS for the selected camera.
5) The stop button will call a stop function and stop the recording. Inside the stop function will have a variable with the filepath to the recorded video.
6) Be developed in a small sample app so it can be run/tested upon completion.
7) The application must run on both the iPhone and iPad
