Hey, I am Manoj Paul. I am an Entrepreneur & I own Businesses of E-Commerce, Internet Marketing & majorly venture to Online Businesses. I'm currently working on an International Dropshipping Business of a Fitness Store. I am looking for a Virtual Assistance(VA) for my E-Commerce Dropshipping Business. Because of too much workload, I want to outsource & delegate my tasks to a VA. I am comfortable with hiring a newbie VA and will take time to train to become competent with the different elements of E-Com Business that needs a lot of efficient work ethic. I want to hire a VA on a small budget or low hourly rate & train them patiently, for example in the Influencers Marketing for my Fitness Store that I am currently focused on And as I scale my Business, I'll pay higher once we get into a longterm projects for the desired competent work that will be done by you. I am looking for a VA with decent English skills for better communication. He/She has to be versatile with working with a laptop & mobile. And I am looking for a VA who has good work ethic & is willing to learn from me about the desired tasks to be done on different elements of my Business.
