SMM Responsibilities Includes:
- Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products
- Catalog list of topics/ content which should be posted and Weekly review it for approval before posting on Social Media platforms.
• Shalabh to provide list of relevant topics by Friday EOD. Approval will be provided by Sunday EOD for posts through coming week.
- Develop/ document a strategy for real estate relevant content posting for each platform. Obtain approval on a weekly basis. The Posts should be posted 06:00 AM PST time zone.
o Monday: HOT Real Estate related news articles
o Tuesday to Thursday: Real estate related interesting and relevant content.
o Friday: Funny facts/ Humorous/ Motivational contents on Real Estate. (Eg cartoons)
- Create captivating graphics and post one Graphics every week post approval.
- Creating graphics for social media profiles and pages- One every 3 week or sooner based on discretion.
- Whiteboard presentation- on a monthly basis.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written stuffs).
- Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal clients.
- Upload and share relevant photos and videos.
- 01 Boost and 01 paid advertisement weekly.
- Research & post latest Industry news and articles.
- Create Hash tags to generate more traffic to the site/pages.
- Schedule posts using SMM tools, such as buffer and Hootsuite, if needed.
- Increase engagement, likes, shares, followers, talking about, website visibility, page views, page reach etc.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online.
- Compile monthly reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Communicate via Skype, Phone, email etc.

Weekly review of following: 30 mins each week on Phone or via email
o Contents to be posted online for the coming week – Every Friday via Email.
o Review list of Social media groups to be targeted.
o Review how many people have been added in each category
o Document list of content posted to various platforms (you should document only generated contents such as Whiteboard presentations, Graphics, written content)
Monthly Reporting of the following: 1 hour each month on phone
o Compile monthly reports for management showing results (ROI).
o Compare Monthly progress of CMM.
o Review strategy and suggest changes.
- Handle 3 social media accounts for you which will be Facebook profile, Facebook Business page, Twitter and LinkedIn.
-2 relevant post per day from each account.
-Paid Boost on our cost/budget that will be 2 paid ads per week (Invoice to be saved and shared on a monthly basis).
- Ad generation on all 3 social platforms.
