Finding high profile leads for Life Insurance

I am a Financial Advisor for a life insurance company which is part of a Group that is doing various business for the past 100 years. The company is listed under IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) and operates under the guidelines of IRDAI. The company currently has plans that offer guaranteed returns for their investments. The job is to provide me with the high profile leads who could be converted to the customers (leads), and can invest nothing less than Rs. one lakh per annum and at least four such customers per month. For every lead, converted to a customer, you will earn a minimum Rs.2000/- and maximum is unlimited, based on the customer's investment capacity.
