We are looking for a community managers to partner with us on a prospective client. The managers would be responsible to react to fans and followers commenting and messaging on FB, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitoring management is between the hours of 9am - 9pm EST, including weekend and holidays. Response time MUST BE within one hour of post. Provide first level point of contact for inquiries, service or warranty issues, etc. in order to obtain customer information and move conversations to offline channels.
Optimally we are looking for multiple managers that could share/split the hours needed for coverage 7 days/week (to include holidays) and would be paid on an agreed upon monthly project amount based on coverage individual manager is providing.
