Clean and Validate my e-Mail subscriber list

Hello Everyone. I am in need of an expert in cleaning and validating emails with high satisfactory rate. My email list of up to 160k plus signed up subscribers needs to be thoroughly cleaned & validated. All spam, bounce, duplicate or invalid emails must be removed/deleted. Validated emails to be used to send promotions, generate revenue, generate leads and grow my business with weekly communication. Emails must be well cleaned, so that I will avoid getting banned by my email service provider and being labeled a spammer. With my email list cleaned by "YOU", I'm very sure my reputation with my email service provider will be improved. A clean list for me will mean, more clicks, more opens and ultimately more sales.
