I am also currently working at Clientele life as a telesales consultant and from time to time as an independent distributor for Herbalife. I have worked as an outbound call centre agent with O’Keeffe and Swart for a period of 12 months. I also have a working experience of promotions, sales representative jobs with Avon and Umvithi youth development which was part-time work. I have gained experience and knowledge of office administrative functions and secretarial back-up, call centre experience, sales experience, reception skills such as handling in-coming and outgoing calls, using a variety of software programmes, preparing requisitions for approval, data capturing, problem solving skills, communication skills both verbal and written, Computer Literacy, good organizing skills, telephone etiquette, assisting with organising workshops and conferences.
In addition to my work experience, I have developed a strong work ethic which ensures attention to detail and comprehensive outputs. My mission is to improve my skills while making sure that the company performs at its best. I have strong computer and interpersonal skills. I have gained experience in networking with different types of people. I’m a creative thinker, in a sense that i like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best. I’m efficiently and highly organised, this enables me to be as productive as on the job. I enjoy being part of a team and to work dynamically in a challenging environment but I also work well independently. I like meeting with new people and particularly being involved with administration for projects and events. I have learnt that successful organisations don’t just start off successful, but it takes a determined, selfless and hardworking team to get it there. I am happy to say i am also willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
